Nina Turner

NTT is about the community: the NTT Tribe

To build a dedicated tribe, we need to have a connecting vision. My vision for this community is to create a place where people exercise together, whatever their stage of life, where exercise is not simply required to live and to be healthy, but is a vehicle for achievement, belonging and deep joy.

Over the past 25 years, I have been privileged to work in some of the finest health clubs in Africa, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean and Australia. I have learnt wonderful things from them all. I bring this experience and what I have learnt over the years to my wonderful fitness community in Sydney.

I am a results-based fitness professional, fully certified and wholly dedicated to constantly developing programs and workouts for the NTT Tribe to ensure you see the change in your bodies you want to see!

Caitlin Robinson

FIND HER IN: Reformer

KNOWN FOR: Her love of a blue spring in her classes and her sunshine energy

Caitlin grew up in California but now calls Sydney home. She has been practicing pilates for the last 20 years and discovered her passion for teaching after experiencing firsthand how pilates helped her recover post-pregnancy, manage the demands of caring for small children, and balance a desk job.

When she’s not teaching pilates, Caitlin can be found in the kitchen or chasing her girls on the beach. She brings a love for making people feel good and ensuring movement is fun in every class.

Catch Caitlin in the studio on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:30 AM & 10:30 AM—you won’t miss her, as she’s a huge ray of sunshine coming through our studio door!

 

Pam Lam

FIND HER IN: Reformer

KNOWN FOR: A wicked sense of humour and a super tough workout with a smile.

Pam transitioned from the media and marketing world after the birth of her first child in 2017. She credits pilates for keeping her physically and mentally strong throughout pregnancy and as a busy mum.

In 2018, she followed her passion and became a Certified Practitioner of Mat Pilates with Polestar. Since then, she has expanded her expertise to include barre, pregnancy, and postnatal pilates.

In Pam’s class, you can expect awesome music, good laughs, and a boost of positivity—all while leveling up your practice and improving your mood.

Monday & Wednesday evenings at 6 PM

Dervla Duggan

FIND HER IN: Reformer

KNOWN FOR: Her passion for teaching and her infectious energy.

A dedicated pilates lover and movement enthusiast, Dervla is more than just an instructor—she’s also a nursing student and an Olympic sailing advocate. A true powerhouse!

She’s here to help you feel the burn, embrace the challenge, and teach you new tricks on the reformer.

Find Dervla at NTT on alternating Saturdays or covering classes whenever she isn’t sailing.

Gillian McLachlan

FIND HER IN: Reformer

KNOWN FOR: amazing technique and that deep burn

Gillian is a highly motivated Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience in teaching group fitness throughout UK and Australia. She fell in love with Pilates whilst taking a year out from corporate life and hasn’t looked back since.

Her years of being a professional dancer ensure her eye for detail helps each client achieve their full potential and challenges them in a fun and inspiring environment.

Gillian is passionate about exposing Pilates to many young dancers and athletes, and believes incorporating it into their training regimes will provide a platform for longevity in their future careers.

Gillian is qualified and certified with STOTT PILATES in Mat and Reformer Level 1 and 2. She spent her former years studying dance at WAAPA, furthering her studies by completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Distinction) at Edith Cowan University.

Expect to be energised and motivated with a strong emphasis on technique in her classes.
